Warranty and Returns

Like many materials, certain colours in resin may change over time, due to conditions they are exposed to. We do not consider this to be a flaw in the product, merely a characteristic of the product as it ages, giving your piece an individual patina.

Warranty

• If for some reason your item arrives broken or damaged, we will replace your item piece. Please note that most of the items are a one of a kind. If this is the case with the item that you have purchase, we will replace your item with something of the some value.

Return Policy

• Unfortunately we do not accept refunds on our products and we do not refund any packing and postage charges.
• Nouvelle Gifts will exchange any damaged or undamaged products, purchased from us so long as it is returned unused, still in its original packaging and with proof of purchase, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. 
• If you wish to return a damaged or undamaged product, you must notify us via Email first. Please tell us about why you would like to replace it with proof of purchase. 
• If damaged please attach a photo of the item and proof of purchase.
• Nouvelle Gifts are not responsible for the return costs, if a damaged or undamaged item is returned to us for replacement or exchange item, (item's). The return costs is playable by you.
